Cutoff Times
Funds Transfer
The cutoff times for Funds Transfer through online banking is 8:00 p.m. CST. Funds transferred up to 8:00 p.m. CST will be posted on that business day. Transfers made on weekends, holidays, and after 8:00 p.m. CST on weekdays will be posted to your account on the business day following the transaction.
Bill Payments
Bill Payment requests entered up until 9:30 p.m. CST Sunday through Friday will be submitted to Bill Payment Services on that day. Bill Payment requests entered after 9:30 p.m. CST will not be submitted to Bill Payment Services until the following business day. Bill Payment Services does not process on Saturdays.
You may make changes and/or deletions to your Bill Payment requests up until 9:30 p.m. CST. However, for recurring bills or bill dates that fall on a holiday, you have until 9:30 p.m. CST of the previous day to make any changes and/or deletions.
System Outages
You will be unable to access our Online Banking product during the following periods:
- Every Sunday from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. CST, with the exception of the third Sunday of each month when the outage window is longer. The third Sunday of the month outage window is from Saturday 11:00 p.m. to Sunday 11:00 a.m. CST.
- From Sunday midnight to Monday 6:00 a.m. CST.
During the above times, maintenance is performed on the internet servers. We will do our best to stay within the above noted times.
